Though most Americans on all parts of the political spectrum would prefer failed Democrat candidate Hillary Clinton to just go away, she nevertheless persists, and currently remains on tour promoting her excuse-laden 2016 election book “What Happened.”
And according to insiders, it isn’t just the American people who are tired of Clinton and her book. Husband and former President Bill Clinton is as well, as reported by The Daily Wire.
That report came from excerpts of a new book by author Ed Klein titled “All Out War: The Plot to Destroy Trump.” Klein has written several books about the Clintons in the past and apparently still maintains some level of access to their inner circle.
“Before Hillary sent the manuscript to her publisher, she gave it to Bill to read, and he made major changes with a red pencil,” said a close Clinton family friend, according to Klein. “But she refused to even read his corrections, and he got so furious that he tossed the entire manuscript into the garbage.”
“He told her the book made her look bewildered, angry and confused, and that those were poor qualities in a person who aspired to be a world leader,” the friend continued.
“He hated the title because calling it ‘What Happened’ would only make people say, ‘You lost,’” wrote Klein. “He urged her to postpone the pub date and rewrite the book, but she yelled at him and said, ‘The book is finished and that’s how it’s going to be published.’”
According to the New York Post’s Page Six, Bill was also reportedly “heartsick” over Hillary’s nationwide book promotion tour that is nothing short of an increasingly ludicrous blame-game as she shifts responsibility for her loss to anyone other than herself.
Klein also wrote about how Bill had tried to warn Hillary and her campaign that she was in danger of losing about a month prior to the election and urged her to travel to the important Rust Belt states that used to constitute a vaunted “blue wall” in the Electoral College — a wall that was breached by President Donald Trump.
However, Klein wrote, “She told him he was delusional.”
“Bill’s criticism — and what Hillary sees as his lack of sympathy — has driven a wedge between them,” the family friend reported, according to Klein. “They haven’t been speaking for months. They’ve been communicating through friends and lawyers.”
This is pretty funny, and the hilarity is only topped by the responses Klein’s excerpts garnered from the separate camps of both Bill and Hillary, with Hillary’s people saying, “Ed is a sad man,” and a representative for Bill adding, “And a pathetic liar.”
Notice they didn’t actually refute anything put forward by Klein’s book thus far.
